Information for Subscribers to The Classical Journal

The Classical Journal (ISSN 0009-8353) is published by the Classical Association of the Middle West and South (CAMWS), which was founded in 1905 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri on July 13, 1948. An educational, not-for-profit organization, CAMWS is exempt from federal income tax as a public charity under IRS 501(c)(3). Our fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.

The current volume of The Classical Journal is numbered 112. Please note that subscription rates for Vol. 113 (2017-2018) will remain unchanged. There are three options for subscriptions:

ELECTRONIC + PRINT Subscriptions

a. For Libraries

Libraries wishing not only to subscribe to The Classical Journal in ELECTRONIC format but also to receive a PRINT version should follow the instructions for ELECTRONIC ONLY subscriptions

ELECTRONIC + PRINT Subscriptions

a. For Libraries

Libraries wishing not only to subscribe to The Classical Journal in ELECTRONIC format but also to receive a PRINT version should follow the instructions for ELECTRONIC ONLY subscriptions, i.e. contact:

b. For Individuals

Individuals wishing not only to subscribe to a volume of The Classical JournalĀ in ELECTRONIC format but also to receive a PRINT version should follow the instructions below.

The price for an ELECTRONIC + PRINT individual subscription is $60. Individual memberships or subscriptions to CJ sent to an address outside the United States or Canada are subject to a $20 postage surcharge. Individual subscriptions automatically include membership in CAMWS.

Please pay with a check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank or a bank that uses U.S. routing codes. The check should be made payable to CAMWS and mailed, along with a completed subscription form, to this address:

Payment by credit card is possible if subscriptions are requested via the CAMWS website. A $3 processing fee will be added to each transaction.
